Company History

Rey Millada was born in Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay. Orphaned young—his mother passed away when he was just two, and his father died when he was 14—Rey was raised by his aunt and older sister. Life was never easy, but from a young age, Rey was active in school and joined amateur singing contests across the province, using his God-given talent to bring joy to others.

 

In his teenage years, Rey moved to Manila with his sister, seeking better opportunities. He worked hard—from being a service crew member at McDonald’s Rosario to a sales clerk in SM Supermalls. Despite financial struggles and pausing his education, Rey never stopped praying. He constantly asked God to help him live a life of dignity, freedom, and purpose.

 

In a divine turn of events, he met Ms. Emelita Medina, a faithful woman who became a spiritual mother to Rey. Through her love, support, and prayers, Rey found direction. She always reminded him: “Trust God, keep going, and never give up.”

 

By God’s guidance, Rey entered the real estate industry in 2009, first part-time, then full-time by January 1, 2012. His dedication and honesty helped many families find homes, especially in General Trias, Cavite, where he focused on the Antel project.

 

As his vision grew, Rey saw real estate not just as a profession, but as a mission. Believing in the blessings and potential of the industry, he invited his cousins—Benjie Millada, Erven Millada, Melboy Pondulan, Hermelyne Bada, and Sammy Cajolo—to join him in the real estate journey. Sharing the same heart for service and a united faith in God’s plans, they embraced the opportunity with open hearts and hard work. Together, they built a team rooted in family values, trust, and a desire to grow—both spiritually and professionally.

 

In 2020, trusting in God’s timing, Rey went back to school and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management at NCST. On August 9, 2024, he proudly graduated—just days before his beloved mentor, Ms. Emelita Medina, passed away. Her dream for Rey lived on.

 

In April 2025, through prayer and hard work, Rey passed the Real Estate Broker Board Exam. With Jesus as his guide and foundation, Rey finally saw the fruit of his faith and labor.

 

Today, R. Millada Realty and Brokerage OPC stands as a testimony of God’s faithfulness. The company is built not just on experience, but on the desire to serve people with honesty, care, and joy.
